What can I do if I ordered the wrong product?

If you’ve made your order within the last 1 hour please contact us immediately.

You can indicated  in the subject of your email write your order number and the reason for your email – for example write “Order 1000 – To Change Products.”

However, you still can contact us if it is more than 1 hour, we will do our best as this may be limited in what can be done as our system processed all the orders automatically.

We appreciate your understanding for this.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all type of credit cards which includes AMEX, MASTER, VISA and more.

How long will the shipment takes?

Approximate shipping times are as follows: 

– Up to 7 business days for USA orders

– Up to 10 business days for Australia, UK and European orders

– Up to 14 business days for rest of world 

Please note this does not include production time.

 

How long will the production takes?

Please allow up to 5 business days for production (7  Business days during peak periods e.g. Christmas and holidays). 

All of our products are produced “on demand” meaning we only make them when you order. We do this so that we can ensure the highest level of quality control possible.  

Please remember to add production time on top of shipping time.

How come I did not receive all items for my order?

Our products are packed in individual & fitted packaging to ensure the safest possible delivery. Due to this, some products may arrive at different times.
